If an error appears on your invitation due to a mistake on our part, we will issue a full refund promptly and without question.

If you entered incorrect information when placing your order, you may edit up to three fields. You can make changes in two easy ways:

• Open the confirmation email you received and click the "Edit Card" button, or
• Log into your account, go to "My Orders", and edit directly from there.

Digital Delivery

All products sold on The Dekel are digital downloads — no physical item is shipped. After your purchase is complete, your custom design file is generated and delivered to the email address on your order. You will also be able to download your file at any time from the "My Orders" section of your account.

Because our products are digital files created and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

The Dekel is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

What we collect: When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
